Mindfulness Energy offers a variety of packages, which can be delivered online or at a venue of your choice throughout the UK.  Alternatively you may wish to attend one of our workshops/retreats at our venue, which is 10 miles south of Aberdeen.

Candlelit mindful mediation followed by a 2 course vegetarian supper. Great for private small groups.
