Mindfulness Supper is a great way to spend a relaxed evening with your family, friends or work colleagues.  We start the evening with an hour of candlelit mindful meditation, then sit down to a two course vegetarian supper.  Whether you are new to meditation or have a long established practice come along and learn some mindful skills that will help you reset and unwind at the end of a day.  As this is for private groups the sessions and trimmings can be adapted to suit your requirements.
