The following terms and conditions apply to all courses and retreats provided by Mindfulness Energy.
Payment is in Pounds Sterling (GBP)
A deposit is required to secure your course/retreat which is non-refundable but may be held over for a future event at the discretion of Mindfulness Energy.
A provisional booking cannot be held for longer than 7 days from the time of booking.
Outstanding balances for the course/retreat must be paid at least 8 weeks before the start of the course. If payment is not received, your place may be cancelled.
Cancellations must be notified in writing to angela@mindfulnessenergy.com Unfortunately once booked you won’t be eligible for a refund unless your booking can be transferred to another person. In such cases we may charge a cancellation fee to cover bank fees or other expenses.
Mindfulness Energy has a strict no-drugs policy, failure to comply will result in you being asked to leave the course.
We cannot accept liability for cancellations, delays or changes caused by war, threat of war, closure of airports, civil strikes, industrial action or natural disaster or other events outside of our control. We cannot accept liability for participants’ medical conditions which may develop during or subsequent to the course. We cannot accept liability for loss of, or damage to, the personal property of participants.
In the unlikely event that Mindfulness Energy cancels your course, 100% of your deposit and payments will be returned.
During the course of the event, Mindfulness Energy may take photos for promotional purposes. Should you not wish to appear in any such photos, please inform us. Any such photos shall remain the property of Mindfulness Energy.
